This role involves managing project schedules, incident management, and supporting the Project Manager in various tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones and tasks.
  • Monitor, track, and manage project incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as a reliable assistant to the Project Manager by preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and following up on action items.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules, incident logs, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist in identifying potential risks and issues and contribute to developing mitigation plans.
  • Support process improvements within project management practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project support, project coordination, or junior project management roles.
