Summary: The Junior Project Manager role involves overseeing the onboarding and implementation of solutions for Corporate Customers, acting as a bridge between sales and project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the primary responsibility for the successful delivery of client implementation projects within timescales, cost, and quality targets.
  • Complete New Customer Application Paperwork, collect relevant KYC documents, and manage the application process until Merchant ID’s (MID’s) are raised.
  • Accurately capture and verify client requirements, define the project scope, and establish the project plan required for success.
  • Manage project issues and risks, including handling change requests and client escalations to maintain the project plan and costs.
  • Support Corporate Sales Managers by owning work with Credit Risk, Tender Management, and Pricing Teams for the evaluation and execution of large sales proposals.
  • Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders (e.g., Gateway operations, Onboarding, Retail Technology) to ensure project deliverables transition correctly into business as usual.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a point of escalation, and providing regular project reports internally and externally.
  • Control project budget, revenue, and billing where applicable, ensuring adherence to payment industry processes.

Overview

Our client is looking for a Project Manager who will be focused on successfully onboarding and implementing acquired solutions for Corporate Customers, bridging the gap between sales and project delivery. You will provide crucial support to Corporate Sales Managers to maximise income delivery by managing complex sales proposals and application processes. You will then take primary ownership of the client implementation project, controlling scope, managing risk, and ensuring delivery to agreed timelines, cost, and quality standards. This position requires maintaining strong client relationships and acting as an internal liaison across multiple functions to ensure seamless transition to business as usual operation
