About The Role As a Junior Product Owner, you'll play a vital role in the rollout of Cognita’s new global Employee Experience Platform. Working closely with our Implementation Manager, you’ll support the delivery of a modern intranet solution designed to enhance internal communications and employee engagement across our global network of schools. You'll help coordinate project activities, gather and prioritise requirements, and collaborate with teams across HR, IT, and Communications. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow into a Product Owner role as the platform matures. The role is an initial fixed-term contract for 6 months, with a view to becoming a permanent role. This is a hybrid role. You’ll need to be in our Central London office at Eastcastle Street least twice a week to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.
