The Job Role This is an opportunity to join us on a six-month fixed term contract basis as a Junior Product Manager in our main office in Theale, near Reading. This is a full time position. In this role you will be reviewing current stock levels across all brands, placing orders with vendors, and maintaining pricing to ensure the system is always accurate. You will build relationships with our current vendors and work closely with them across both B2B and Retail channels, working with the sales team daily to ensure accurate quotes.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing and building key relationships with strategic partners
- Liaising with account managers daily
- Working with sales managers on pipeline and customer forecasts, and with sales teams to drive incentives and attach opportunities across our accessories offerings
- Working closely with marketing to support with sales training sessions, vendor days and website housekeeping
- Working closely with suppliers to ensure products are delivered on time and in the right quantities
- Developing and maintaining a hub of data relating to each category that contains a full roadmap of their range and pricing
- Maintaining a clear and accurate price book covering all relevant price support from each vendor, ensuring system pricing is always accurate
- Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to measure the success of products
- Analysing market data and feedback to help shape product strategy and positioning
- Supporting the product team to manage aged stock
