Summary: The Junior PMO Administrator role involves supporting a major programme of work within a high-profile consultancy, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the PMO and project teams.
- Manage project and programme calendars using Outlook.
- Administer SharePoint and manage MS Teams.
- Assist in coordinating large IT programmes.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders on large-scale programmes.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Junior PMO Administrator, Project Coordinator, or Programme Coordinator.
- Exposure to large IT programmes.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Project, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid environment.
- Degree educated (nice to have).
- Experience in Cyber/OT projects (nice to have).
- Familiarity with BI/Reporting Data (nice to have).
- Immediate availability.

My client is a high profile Consultancy who are working with an instantly recognisable end client, that urgently requires a switched on, organised and articulate Junior PMO Administrator to join a major Programme of work.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in a Junior PMO Administrator / Project Co-ordinator / Programme Co-ordinator type of role in a large, complex, enterprise scale organisation
- Exposure to working on large IT Programmes
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Working knowledge of Sharepoint (administration ideally), MS Teams management, Project and Programme calendar management (Outlook), MS Project and MS Office
- Ability to provide Administrative support and ad-hoc tasks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to liaise with Senior Stakeholders on large scale Programmes
- Flexible approach towards hybrid working (may include other office locations)
Nice to have:
- Degree educated
- Exposure to working on a Cyber / OT (Operational Technology) Project / Programme previously
- Previous experience in the Engineering / Manufacturing / Transport / Energy / Utilities / Construction sector(s)
