Summary: The Junior Operations Analyst role at a leading multi-national consumer goods and personal care client in Northfleet involves providing operational financial support and processing various financial requirements. The position requires ensuring accurate production reconciliation and adherence to financial processes related to material management. This is a 6-month on-site contract role with a focus on supporting the finance and purchasing teams. Candidates should have relevant experience and educational qualifications in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational financial support, processing daily/monthly financial and mill requirements.
• Ensure production reconciliation prior to stock take adjustments and finance processing.
• Update scheduled hours in the SAP system before finance processing.
• Follow and action relevant financial processes regarding material management and stock.
• Act as key site support for Accounts Payables queries and assist with one-off payments.
• Support the site Purchasing team with knowledge and communication.

Key Skills:

• At least ‘A’ Level (or equivalent).
• 1-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment (desirable).
• Proficiency in Excel (essential).
• Experience with SAP (desirable).
• CIMA foundation or AAT qualification (desirable but not essential).
