Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to Finance users across global teams
  • Support month-end, half-year, and year-end financial close activities in OneStream
  • Assist with budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes
  • Develop cube views, dashboards, and MI reports to support decision-making
  • Maintain user security, transformation rules, and the global chart of accounts
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT colleagues to resolve issues and implement improvements
  • Document processes and support user training where required
  • Ensure high-quality delivery in line with best practice and internal standards

Key Skills:

  • Experienced with OneStream, including report development and user support
  • Comfortable liaising with analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs
  • A strong communicator who can explain technical matters clearly to non-technical users
