Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to the MBA Channel Recruiting Team in the London office.
- Support interview campaign administration and ensure smooth running of campaigns for Full Time and Summer Internship.
- Maintain and update key excel files for data analysis on recruitment events and applications.
- Lead campaign logistics including merchandise ordering and interview feedback management.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate tracking in the recruitment system.
- Support planning and delivery of MBA events, both digital and on-campus.
- Coordinate the Summer Internship programme, including induction and events.
- Work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders for effective recruitment support.
- Assist with accurate database management in BCG IT system.
- Engage in ad hoc project work as needed.

What You'll Do Please note this is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract BCG’s HR team works to attract, develop, excite, deploy, and retain the best people in the market. Those in human resources manage the life cycle of all BCG employees - from hiring top talent and developing their skills to rewarding their contributions and supporting career progression and mobility. Your role will include providing support for the MBA Team through organising and attending events, arranging and managing interview campaigns, and planning and organising the Summer Internship Programme. You will also be responsible for the accuracy of data for analysis on our recruitment events, applications, assessment processes and offers extended.
- Recruitment Campaigns
- Overall provide direct support to the MBA Channel Recruiting Team in the London office
- Support the interview campaign administration, communication to candidates and overall ensure the smooth running of campaigns for Full Time and Summer Internship
- Support the Recruitment Manager in scheduling interviews working with the shared service NEXUS team
- Take ownership of maintaining and updating several key excel files with the ability to quickly access and extract data from the files as needed
- Support with the screening process for Summer and Full-Time applications
- Pro-actively lead the campaign logistics with the following: merchandise ordering, sharing Interviewer bios, taking minutes when attending de-briefs, tracking return of interview feedback and giving feedback to candidates after interviews, management of candidate expenses
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate tracking in the recruitment system
- Support pre-offer and offer stages, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
- Daily ownership of the London Recruiting mailbox
- Supporting the University Recruiter during peak recruiting time with pre-screening, screening, interview preparation and ad hoc organisations of events, keeping the MBA Channel a priority
- Events
- Support the planning and delivery of MBA events (both digital and on-campus), and attend events in person or online as needed
- Support Recruitment Manager with the application process for the MBA Diversity Fellowship Programme
- Lead the organisation of the Full-time and Summer Internship Welcome Weekends and manage the logistics
- Coordinate the Summer Internship programme, including induction, and weekly informative and social events over the summer

- Work effectively with other teams and key stakeholders, such as staffing team for the summer programme, consulting teams: for events and mentorship programmes
- Assistance with accurate/timely database management in BCG IT system
- Work collaboratively across the whole Recruiting Team as and when necessary to provide support to a busy function
- Ad hoc project work when needed
What You'll Bring Previous experience of working with HR/Recruitment systems is essential Knowledge of Office 365 suite of tools, Excel and Powerpoint is required The ability to remain calm and personable with good inter-personal skills during busy periods Proactive and can take the initiative to identify opportunities to support the team and improve ways of working Enthusiastic with a positive “can-do” attitude Being able to interact effectively with the team and the recruitment stakeholders, as well as building rapport with candidates In this position you will be the database administrator and must be extremely effective in dealing with large amounts of information, work efficiently under pressure and juggle multiple responsibilities effectively This is a busy role requiring ability to work to short deadlines with the right level of urgency and professionalism Previous office-based work experience, preferably in an administration role that requires a scheduling element Extremely organised and able to prioritise and multitask effectively Attention to detail to ensure accurate records of recruiting are maintained and the right actions are taken Effective and adaptable communication skills and self-organisation are essential Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
