Summary: The Junior Marketing Executive role at KellyDeli involves supporting the launch of a new Korean food concept, focusing on localized marketing initiatives and digital engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns including POS materials, digital content, promotions, and merchandising.
  • Support launch activities for new store openings and brand activations.
  • Contribute to content creation for social media, email marketing, and digital platforms.
  • Participate in planning and implementation of local and national promotions.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking, consumer trend tracking, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Digital, Commercial, Operations) and external partners/agencies.
  • Help deliver engaging internal updates and comms about campaign impact and innovation.
  • Champion Korean cultural and culinary authenticity through every marketing touchpoint.
  • Support delivery of marketing campaigns on time and in full (OTIF).
  • Contribute to increase in footfall, loyalty programme participation, and digital engagement.
  • Generate insights and recommendations based on campaign performance and customer feedback.
  • Be a driving force in our marketing team’s digital and cultural transformation.

Key Skills:

  • 1–2 years of marketing or relevant experience (agency or brand side).
  • Excited about Korean culture, cuisine, and the fast-paced world of food retail.
  • A creative and flexible self-starter.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with digital tools (email, social media, content platforms) a plus.
  • Highly organised, entrepreneurial, and eager to grow with the brand.
