Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of predictive models and data-driven solutions addressing marketing and customer challenges.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and data cleaning to prepare data for modelling.
- Write clean, well-documented Python and SQL code to support analysis and model development.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to translate insights into business recommendations.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Learn quickly and continuously—adapting to new tools, techniques, client domains, and business challenges.

- A solid foundation in statistics, probability, and machine learning fundamentals—through a STEM degree, formal training, or self-study.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, including experience with libraries like Pandas, Scikit-learn, or equivalents.
- Proven ability to solve real-world problems pragmatically using data.
- Clear, structured communication skills, especially in explaining complex topics simply.
