Summary: The role is for a junior derivatives lawyer or ISDA negotiator with expertise in netting and CRR rules. Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and apply CRR rules related to netting.
- Create and enhance internal procedures and framework documents.
Key Skills:

We are looking for either a junior derivatives lawyer or a ISDA negotiator who has good experience in netting and CRR rules related to netting. The ideal candidate will have: Excellent knowledge of ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, GMRAs, GMSLAs and novation agreements; Excellent knowledge and experience of netting opinions in relation to ISDAs, GMRAs, GMSLAs and collateral agreements including understanding the structure and content of netting/collateral opinions with the ability to summarise key issues; Knowledge of CRR rules related to netting; and Creating and enhancing internal procedures and framework documents.
