Summary: This role is for a Junior IT Business Analyst within a major private sector organization undergoing a digital transformation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Senior BAs and stakeholders to dissect business challenges and map out innovative digital solutions.
  • Facilitate high-energy workshops and discovery sessions to capture requirements and align technical teams with business objectives.
  • Produce high-quality documentation including detailed process flows, user stories, and requirements traceability matrices.
  • Support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by managing defect tracking and assisting with UAT and test case preparation.
  • Act as a key liaison between technical departments and senior business leadership to ensure transparency across the project lifecycle.

Key Skills:

  • Current experience in a Business Analyst or Junior BA role with a hunger to step up into a large-scale enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools, specifically Jira and Confluence (or equivalent platforms).
