Key Responsibilities:
- LMS Content Creation - develop and update microlearning modules, video tutorials, and written guides to reflect product updates and features.
- LMS Administration - take responsibility for tasks including content uploads, user maintenance, progress reporting, and keeping content up to date.
- Help Centre Maintenance - Update Help Centre articles based on product changes and create new articles to address knowledge gaps.
- Monitor and manage email enquiries.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure learning content aligns with product goals and user needs.
Key Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Basic experience in content creation tools (e.g. Genially, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Comfortable using and learning new software tools and platforms, especially LMS systems (e.g. Thrive, Docebo or similar).
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively across multiple projects.
- A keen interest in digital learning, and product development.
- Previous experience in a similar content or digital learning role (desirable but not essential).
- Knowledge of UX writing or instructional design principles (desirable but not essential).
- Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools (desirable but not essential).
