Key Responsibilities:

  • LMS Content Creation - develop and update microlearning modules, video tutorials, and written guides to reflect product updates and features.
  • LMS Administration - take responsibility for tasks including content uploads, user maintenance, progress reporting, and keeping content up to date.
  • Help Centre Maintenance - Update Help Centre articles based on product changes and create new articles to address knowledge gaps.
  • Monitor and manage email enquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure learning content aligns with product goals and user needs.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Basic experience in content creation tools (e.g. Genially, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
