Summary: The Junior HR Business Partner role is a 9-12 month fixed-term contract based in Droitwich, West Midlands, aimed at supporting a global business in operational HR and HR projects. The position requires experience in manufacturing or a similar sector, focusing on employee relations, HR data management, recruitment, and training development. The successful candidate will provide first-line HR advice and partner with key stakeholders to drive HR initiatives. This role is ideal for someone looking to step up from a Senior HR Advisor position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and resolutions on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Monitor sickness absence and support the application of the absence management procedure.
  • Update and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with legislation.
  • Manage HR Information System and advise payroll on changes related to employee records.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for various staff levels.
  • Coach and mentor managers, organize training, and support employee development activities.

Key Skills:

  • CIPD qualification Level 5 preferable.
  • Experience at Senior HR Advisor level, ideally in a generalist role.
  • Experience in manufacturing or engineering organizations preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to conflict management.
