Summary: The Junior Digital Designer will collaborate with the Senior Digital Designer to create high-quality digital assets for Molton Brown's platforms and third-party partners. This role involves designing engaging content for various digital channels, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting marketing efforts through innovative design. The designer will also maintain the brand's visual identity and stay updated on digital design trends. A strong portfolio and relevant experience in digital design are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create pixel-perfect and engaging assets for the global website, including homepage designs, landing pages, and editorial pages.
  • Support digital marketing channels with assets such as display banners, social media images, and animated content.
  • Design weekly marketing emails in Figma, ensuring visual engagement and brand optimization.
  • Maintain visual style consistency while incorporating fresh creative for campaigns and launches.
  • Support the rollout of campaign assets across third-party retailer websites globally.
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers to ensure creative aligns with global guidelines.
  • Act as a brand guardian for Molton Brown's visual identity across digital platforms.
  • Stay updated with digital design trends and contribute creative ideas in team meetings.

Key Skills:

  • Design-related degree or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work (emails, websites, animated content).
  • Competent use of Adobe design suite; experience with Figma preferred.
  • Experience with animated GIFs and video editing.
  • Strong understanding of digital design for retail environments.
  • Excellent skills in Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS, and Microsoft Office tools is beneficial.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback positively.
