Key Responsibilities:
- Create inventive, user-focused designs in line with brand guidelines.
- Design and edit branded marketing content for campaigns, social media, email, and internal newsletters.
- Create and refine high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
- Maintain and develop in-house design assets.
- Support project work on client deliverables such as reports, infographics, and presentations.
- Partner with Commercial teams to elevate new business pitches and proposals.
- Act as a brand guardian, managing workload and delivering to deadlines.
Key Skills:
- At least 1 year’s design experience in an in-house or studio environment.
- Impeccable attention to detail and organization.
- Confident in taking feedback and iterating designs.
- Strong typography and layout skills.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Solid PowerPoint skills.
- Beneficial: Knowledge of data visualization, video editing (Premiere Pro), basic animation (After Effects), experience with Canva, and designing for digital channels.

About the Role: As a Junior Designer, you'll develop your existing skills by working with senior creatives on a range of ambitious and innovative projects across Savanta. The role will be responsible for creating inventive, user-focused designs in line with brand guidelines, using both internal & external client branding, across Marketing & Commercial.
- Design and edit branded marketing content for campaigns, social media, email and internal newsletters.
- Create and refine high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
- Maintain and develop in-house design assets.
- Support project work on client deliverables such as reports, infographics and presentations.
- Partner with Commercial teams to elevate new business pitches, proposals, etc.
- Act as a brand guardian, managing your workload and delivering to deadlines with support from your manager.
This role is ideally suited to a candidate with skills and competencies in the following areas:
- At least 1 year’s design experience in an in-house or studio environment.
- Impeccable attention to detail and organisation, comfortable juggling multiple projects to tight deadlines.
- Confident taking feedback and iterating designs with Marketing, Commercial and Creative stakeholders.
- Strong typography and layout skills, with a good eye for brand consistency.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
- Solid PowerPoint skills.
Beneficial but not essential:
- Knowledge and experience executing data visualisation
- Video editing experience (Premiere Pro or similar), or willingness to learn.
- Basic animation knowledge (After Effects).
- Experience using Canva for brand and asset management.
- Experience designing for digital channels (social, web and email).
