Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately annotate and label datasets for a variety of AI and machine learning use cases
- Follow detailed annotation guidelines to ensure consistency, precision, and high data quality
- Review and validate annotated data to identify errors, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Analyze annotation outputs to provide insights that enhance model performance
- Work closely with data scientists and ML engineers to refine annotation approaches and strategies
- Use industry-standard annotation tools such as Label Studio or similar platforms
- Perform basic data processing, checks, and validation using Python
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- 2+ years of experience annotating datasets for AI or machine learning problems
- Hands-on experience with annotation tools (e.g. Label Studio or similar)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Basic working knowledge of Python for data handling and validation
- Experience with big data or processing technologies such as PySpark (nice to have)
- Familiarity with AWS and cloud-based data workflows (nice to have)
- Exposure to large-scale datasets and production AI environments (nice to have)
