Summary: As a Junior Community Manager at Vonage, you will engage with developer communities in the EMEA region, fostering relationships and understanding their needs to enhance collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and running developer events, webinars, hackathons, and product feedback sessions.
- Support the setup and management of systems, tools, and processes for community events and engagement.
- Help track and analyze community insights and engagement metrics.
- Assist in community outreach, recruitment, and promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate with different teams within Vonage to promote Developer Relations.
- Create content for social media, blogs, and other platforms to engage developers.
- Coordinate with vendors for swag, design, and other event-related needs.
- Participate in various developer community programs as needed.
