Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements
- Supporting technology, SaaS, software licensing, procurement and vendor contracts
- Advising business teams on contractual risk and legal issues
- Assisting with product launches, business initiatives and operational projects
- Working collaboratively with commercial, procurement, sales and technology teams
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with approximately 1-5 PQE (some flexibility)
- Strong commercial contracts experience gained in-house or in private practice
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and stakeholders effectively
- Technology, software, digital or IT sector experience would be advantageous
