The Role
You will support external participants during the Lab phase by triaging and resolving technical queries while working closely with Product and Development teams to ensure issues are addressed quickly and effectively.
Alongside support responsibilities, you will also contribute to the delivery and release of technical synchro models, helping ensure releases are delivered on time and to a high standard.
This role would suit a proactive developer who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous learning.
