Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure customer needs are fully accounted for when defining requirements.
- Support testing and business verification activities for successful change implementation.
- Build upon experience, capture learnings, and recommend improvements to business and project processes.
- Establish positive relationships with internal customers and suppliers to communicate requirements clearly.
- Seek out industry and technical knowledge to enhance professional skills through development activities.
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Improvement Analyst, preferably in commercial, marketing, or financial environments.

- Awareness of commercial practices and business processes, particularly in marketing and financial services.

Location: This role is based in our Bristol Office with time spent working in the office and at home.
