Summary: The Junior Business Intelligence Manager role is a newly established position within the Business Innovation team, focusing on the analysis and reporting of supplier sales, inventory, and distribution data. The position requires collaboration with internal teams to create performance reports and insights for UK customers and international stakeholders. A strong background in Supply Chain Management is essential for success in this role. The contract is for 6 to 9 months, with a requirement for on-site presence in Chertsey, Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily across platforms with internal Sales and Finance teams to gather essential customer information.
  • Monitor and track UK and Ireland mobile sales data across 30+ channel accounts.
  • Perform daily data validation and processing of sales and inventory files.
  • Provide daily sales progress updates and Weeks of Supply (WOS) reports for senior leadership.
  • Support development and management of a Supply Chain Management (SCM) database.
  • Analyze and report sales/inventory status and resolve supply data issues.
  • Produce weekly SCM KPI and EDI reports for internal business purposes.
  • Develop and manage project roadmaps with high-quality documentation.
  • Maintain and enhance dashboards and visual reporting tools.
  • Engage with stakeholders and prepare weekly management reports.
  • Assist in automating data pipelines and presentations.
  • Train supply chain personnel on accessing and using the data system.
  • Participate in training sessions on AI and machine learning development.

Key Skills:

  • Must have Supply Chain Management (SCM) experience.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced level).
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a related role.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with Data Visualisation and Reporting Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik).

Salary (Rate): £25.00
