Summary: The Junior Business Analyst (Salesforce) role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to define project requirements and translate them into actionable user stories. • Document and manage requirements accordingly, whether through Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) or within Azure DevOps (ADO) backlog
• Participate in scrum/agile activities to drive through Development
