Summary: The Junior Business Analyst will join the Change & Transformation team at Railpen on a fixed-term basis for 12 months, working in a hybrid capacity from the Darlington office. This role involves providing detailed analysis across key projects, focusing on process mapping and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery while upholding the company's values of integrity, community, and alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed, accurate, and timely analysis across key projects.
  • Conduct process mapping and document existing processes ('As Is' and 'To Be').
  • Review and analyze the effectiveness of existing processes.
  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Act as a conduit between developers and end business users.
  • Demonstrate excellent written communication skills to end business users.
  • Adapt and re-plan due to competing or changing priorities.
  • Assess situations and develop practical solutions to problems.

Key Skills:

  • Strong background in delivering analysis work across the project lifecycle.
  • Experience with process mapping in complex environments.
  • Knowledge of industry standards for Business and Process Analysis.
