Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business requirements.
  • Analyse and map existing processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support the delivery of business change projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively.
  • Assist in creating documentation, including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Contribute to stakeholder workshops, capturing key insights and actions.
  • Provide support during testing phases to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Key Skills:

  • Essential: Previous experience working with UK financial services clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation, including process maps and business cases.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and managing competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, and project management software (eg, Jira, Confluence).

Salary (Rate): £330 per day

Location: Cheshire (2 days per week on-site)
