Summary: The role of Temporary Junior Administrator at Rhodar involves managing client instructions and administrative tasks within the Homework’s division specializing in asbestos management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration and management of new client instructions on the Homeworks CRM system.
  • Answering telephone calls from policy holders/homeowners and clients, addressing queries professionally.
  • Booking and coordinating surveys, ensuring Surveyors are fully utilized within SLA.
  • Conducting daily courtesy calls to customers regarding upcoming planned works.
  • Preparing and processing site paperwork, including Consignment Notes and Site Diaries.
  • Updating weekly mask sheets register and spreadsheet.
  • Assisting with departmental training organization and maintaining training records.
  • Managing operational purchase orders and ensuring accuracy in GRN’ing.
  • Maintaining the BigChange CRM system for employee, vehicle, and equipment details.
