Key Responsibilities:

• Provides project management support services in project initiation, cost management, change management, progress measurement, reporting, and project close out.
• Collaborates with project managers on project plan development and review.
• Develops and implements project controls and monitoring procedures.
• Collects, analyzes, and reports on project data and costs from stakeholders.
• Maintains staffing worksheets and reviews project organizational structure.
• Reviews estimates and schedules, maintaining key milestone lists.
• Completes requisitions for project materials and services.
• Updates cost management systems with time-phased data and project trends.
• Reviews project invoices and contractor costs for alignment with incurred costs.
• Participates in HRIM and QRA meetings and assists in project close-out activities.

Key Skills:
