We are currently onboarding CSCS labourers of various experience levels to join our platform and work on fit-out and construction projects. The Worksite Hub allows workers to create a professional profile, showcase their experience and get booked directly by contractors. Workers on the platform are organised into three tiers based on experience:
- Starter Tier For labourers who are new to construction or have limited site experience (0-2 Yrs). Typical responsibilities include:
- Assisting trades on site
- Moving materials
- Supporting deliveries
- Keeping work areas organised
- Pro Tier For experienced labourers (2-5 Yrs) who understand site operations and can support trades effectively. Holds 2–3 specialist qualifications (e.g. Fire Marshall, First Aid, Traffic Marshall). Typical responsibilities include:
- Assisting carpenters, dry liners and installers
- Handling deliveries and materials
- Preparing work areas before installation
- Protecting finished surfaces
- Lead Tier For highly experienced labourers (5+ Years) who can help coordinate labour tasks and support site teams. Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting trade teams during installations
- Managing deliveries and materials
- Helping organise site logistics
- Supporting floor managers
