Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as a Jira SME / Architect / Engineer.
• Able to customise Jira workflows, permissions, and configurations.
• Expertise of integrating Jira with other Atlassian tools and third-party systems.
• Support ITIL-based service management processes through Jira Service Management.
• Knowledge of end-to-end Jira implementations and migrations.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for Jira usage across teams.
• Support ITIL-based service management processes through Jira Service Management.
• Flexible approach towards hybrid working (once every 2 weeks likely).
