Summary: Xpertise is seeking multiple Jira SME/Administrators with expertise in Jira, ITSM, JSM, and Atlassian tools for an immediate start. Candidates must possess SC clearance and demonstrate a strong background in configuration, optimization, and administration of Jira Service Management and related tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Configuration, optimisation and administration of Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira Software and Confluence
- Management of Agile processes
- Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Request Management
- Implementation of JSM Automations, Workflows and Assets (Insights)
- Utilisation of Jira Query Language (JQL)
- Management of Atlassian Access and/or Crowd
- API integration and management
- Administration of Confluence
- Application of ITIL 4, Agile, or DevOps frameworks
- Utilisation of scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs)
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira Software and Confluence
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Request Management
