Summary: The role of a Jira Service Management Consultant involves supporting enterprise workflow and ITSM initiatives within a fast-growing technology organization. The consultant will be responsible for configuring and optimizing Jira Service Management environments while collaborating with technical stakeholders. This position is primarily remote with occasional travel to London and requires a hands-on approach to implementation. The contract duration is between 3 to 6 months with a possibility of extension.

Immediate Requirement

A fast-growing Technology organisation is building out its Enterprise Systems capability and is looking for a hands-on Jira Service Management Consultant to support enterprise workflow, ITSM and operational tooling initiatives. This is a fast-paced environment requiring someone who can operate autonomously, work closely with technical stakeholders and hit the ground running.
