Operating as a critical link in the global supply chain, this firm is currently undergoing a massive digital transformation and needs an expert to architect a standardized, world-class internal service framework.

The Jira Developer's role: This is a high-impact, 3–6 month contract where you will lead the "ground-up" overhaul of their Jira environment. The current setup lacks a consistent framework; you will be the architect and builder responsible for tearing down the ad-hoc structures and replacing them with a professional Service Catalogue . You won’t just be maintaining tickets—you’ll be defining the very DNA of how this global business handles Incident, Change, and Release management.
