Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with OS/firmware updates, backups, and licence management
  • Monitor system security, manage user accounts, and maintain hardware/software
  • Support data transfers and troubleshoot outages within the development environment

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, and JQL
  • Experience with Atlassian upgrades and data fixes
