Summary: The JD Edwards Supply Chain Expert will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Supply Chain & Distribution modules. The role involves gathering business requirements, supporting supply chain processes, and collaborating with technical teams for integrations and enhancements. The expert will also conduct functional testing, prepare documentation, and deliver user training as needed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, implement, and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Supply Chain & Distribution modules (Inventory, Procurement, Sales Order Management, Logistics).
  • Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into effective JDE functional solutions.
  • Support end-to-end supply chain processes, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory Management.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reporting, and solution enhancements.
  • Conduct functional testing, support UAT, and resolve production issues.
  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation; deliver user training as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

  • In-depth knowledge of Inventory, Procurement, Sales Order Management, and Warehouse/Logistics modules.
