Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing Java-based solutions.
- Architect and manage system integrations, including Workday and third-party platforms, ensuring efficient and reliable data flow.
- Provide technical direction, mentoring, and code reviews to development teams, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee the implementation process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and vendors to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring stability and scalability of delivered solutions.
- Champion the adoption of modern development methodologies, CI/CD practices, and cloud technologies.
Key Skills:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Java (Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot) and API development.
- Strong expertise with API Gateway, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Proven background in designing and implementing enterprise-scale applications and integrations.
- Solid understanding of architectural patterns, integration frameworks, and best practices for performance and security.
- Familiarity with Workday integration (desirable but not mandatory).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring development teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
