- Conducting impact analysis and contributing to the design of mid-sized solutions within a larger architectural framework.
- Managing your own workload independently, with minimal need for escalation or intervention.
- Participating in solution reviews and contributing technical insights to the overall design process.
Key Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Java development within enterprise environments.
- Practical understanding of source control practices (e.g., Git).
- Working knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Ability to contribute confidently to architectural discussions and translate specs into clean, maintainable solutions.
- MOD/Defence environment experience would be a distinct advantage.
