Summary: The Java FullStack Developer role involves developing components from UI to back end using modern languages and techniques, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The position requires creating and maintaining deployment tooling to support CI/CD pipelines and identifying development needs for oneself and others. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework, and internal Policies and Policy Standards.
- Develop components from UI to back end using modern languages and techniques.
- Create and maintain deployment tooling and automation to support CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify own and others' development needs and seek opportunities to address these needs through guidance, coaching, and formal training.
Key Skills:
- Good hands-on Java/J2EE and Springboot experience.
- Experience working with RESTful.
- Some experience with JavaScript.
- Exposure to Cloud Tools.
- Good understanding of Object Oriented Concepts and Design Patterns.
- Experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Experience creating prototypes and working directly with stakeholders.
- Experience with Event-based architectures.
- Strong knowledge of Unix, Shell Scripting, Docker or other containers.
- AWS or other cloud platform experience.
- Knowledge of Maven, GIT, TeamCity, Nexus, SonarCube, IntelliJ Idea.
- Proven analytical skills and logical thinking to manage issues in a high-pressure environment.
