Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Java Engineer.

This role requires the use of an FCSA umbrella company.

The role focuses on maintaining live services, supporting batch processing, and delivering controlled change in a complex enterprise environment.

Essential Skills & Experience:

– Strong experience developing and supporting Java applications in an enterprise environment.
– Hands-on experience working with WebLogic application servers.
– Strong Oracle SQL skills, including writing and supporting complex queries.
– Experience using Git for version control within controlled release processes.
– Build and dependency management experience using Maven.
– Experience working with containerised platforms, including Kubernetes.

Ways of Working:

– Delivery focused with strong ownership of live services.
– Comfortable balancing BAU support with change and continuous improvement.
– Collaborative, pragmatic, and able to work across complex application landscapes.

Nice to Have:
