Summary: We are looking for a skilled Java Engineer to join our team focused on high-impact ITSA quarterly releases. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining microservices in a secure environment, requiring SC Clearance. This position offers the chance to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and modern frameworks, contributing to a strategically important service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable Java-based microservices.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other engineers to deliver quarterly ITSA releases.
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
  • Contribute to deployment and monitoring strategies using container orchestration tools.

Key Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Framework (including Spring Boot).
  • Experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
  • Familiarity with Git for version control and Swagger for API documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
  • Proficiency in Shell scripting, SQL, and working with MongoDB.

Job Description:

We're seeking a passionate and skilled Java Engineer to join our dynamic team working on high-impact ITSA quarterly releases. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a growing and strategically important service within a secure and fast-paced environment.

As part of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust microservices using modern Java frameworks. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions that support live services.

Please note: Due to the nature of the work, SC Clearance is required to participate in ITSD Live Services.
