Java Developers (3 Contract Opportunities) Contract

One of my banking client is looking for 3 experienced Java Developers to join a strategic engineering programme.

These contract roles are based in Sheffield and require 2 days per week onsite attendance.

Sheffield (2 Days Per Week Onsite Required): Contract

Java & Kotlin Developer

• Java 11+, Kotlin (or willingness to learn)
• Spring Boot, Microservices
• REST APIs, SQL/PostgreSQL

Java Developer (Neo4j)

• Java 11+, Spring Boot
• Microservices, REST APIs
• Neo4j, PostgreSQL
• Angular/JavaScript

Java Developer (AWS/GCP)

• Java 11+, Spring Boot
• AWS and/or GCP
• Microservices, REST APIs
• Platform Engineering

Common Requirements Across All Roles

• Strong Java development experience
• Microservices and API development
• Agile environment (GitHub, Jira, Confluence)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Please note: All roles require candidates to attend the Sheffield office 2 days per week.
