Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to work on a modernization project within a core banking sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in transformative work that significantly impacts the financial industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and implement new software programs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Enhance and maintain existing software to ensure optimal performance and user experience .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Ensure code quality and adhere to best practices and coding standards.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in Java programming.
• Experience with Spring Boot framework.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern development tools and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills.
