The role involves supporting the equity swaps business within the global Front Office team, focusing on server-side Java development in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the equity swaps business as a core Server Side Java developer.
• Develop within a system using Java services that interact via messaging for real-time product outputs.
• Work in an agile squad to address complex requirements from stakeholders.
• Provide solutions to architectural considerations in a fast-paced Front Office environment.

Key Skills:

• Core Server Side Java including Data Structures and Concurrency.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Multi-threaded Java.
• Spring, Junit.
• Linux.
• Relational Databases (preferably Sybase and/or DB2) with SQL query writing ability.
• Understanding of message-based architectures.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Full SDLC experience and understanding.
