My client is looking for 2 highly skilled Java Developers who have exposure to the Cyber Security world.

This particular role would be a hybrid working model with offices across London.

Responsibilities:

• Develop robust, efficient, and well-tested software solutions to meet project goals.
• Adhere to and promote clean coding standards and best practices within the team.
• Conduct research to integrate leading cybersecurity testing methodologies into the development process.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through innovation and sharing best practices.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in Java development and associated technologies.
• Solid experience with test-driven development practices (eg, JUnit, user testing).
• Hands-on experience with version control systems, particularly GIT.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles.
• Proven ability to create clear, detailed design documentation.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Exposure to Front End development technologies, as well as Python and Groovy Scripting.
• Experience interpreting and working with technical specifications.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Knowledge of Embedded systems and communication protocol design or implementation.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Practical understanding of the Linux operating system, including hands-on experience.
