Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement a comprehensive modernization strategy.

- Optimize ITIL-compliant workflows to enhance efficiency in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Develop integrations between Ivanti and critical platforms like JIRA.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across the platform.
