Summary: ECS Resource Group is seeking an ITSM Programme Manager for a contract role with a global managed service provider in the Mobile Telecoms sector. The role involves leading the UK-wide ITSM transformation programme, overseeing ServiceNow implementation, and driving business-wide process changes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and experience in enterprise-scale ITSM transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of the UK-wide ITSM transformation programme, from MVP through phased delivery
- Oversee implementation of ServiceNow, aligning to standard platform capabilities and best practices
- Drive business-wide process change and adoption of digital workflows across IT, Care, VBTS, and Digital teams
- Manage programme governance, funding, and benefit realisation through executive and financial board approvals
Key Skills:
- Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale ITSM transformations in complex corporate environments
- In-depth experience implementing ServiceNow, including replacing legacy tools (e.g., Remedy)
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and how they apply in enterprise operations and platform delivery
- Proven ability to lead business change initiatives and stakeholder engagement across business units
- Telecommunications background (Essential)
