Summary: We are looking for an experienced ITSM Practitioner to enhance our IT Service Management and Governance frameworks in Leeds, Burningham, or Manchester. The role involves implementing ITIL® v4 processes, managing service delivery, and fostering stakeholder relationships. The position is hybrid, requiring 1-2 days in the office per week, and is contract-based for one year with the possibility of renewal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage ITIL® v4-based ITSM processes
- Lead Service Delivery and Service Integration initiatives
- Manage stakeholder relationships across IT and business units
- Drive continual improvement initiatives for IT services
- Oversee software license and asset management
- Travel to Warwick during the initial transition phase (expenses TBC)
