- Master schedule management across 5 workstreams
- Pro-active dependencies and risk management
- Preparation and coordination of steering packs, reporting, and design authority packs
- Tracking of deliverables
- Management of document repositories, facilitating sign-offs, and audit tracking
- Providing additional coordination support as needed
Key Skills:
- Extensive ITSM experience, preferably with ServiceNow
- Experience in managing programme offices
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Familiarity with KeyedIn is ideal
- Ability to manage risks and dependencies effectively
