Summary: The ITSM role focuses on managing IT service delivery within the Energy/Utilities sector, ensuring compliance with service levels and performance indicators. The position involves overseeing vendor relationships, managing major incidents, and driving continuous service improvements while ensuring adherence to governance and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the performance of IT services, ensuring they meet agreed service levels (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage relationships with third-party service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Implement and manage the SIAM model for cohesive end-to-end service delivery.
  • Accountable for effective management of the major incident management process.
  • Regularly review IT service performance and identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal IT governance policies.
  • Proactively manage service-related risks and maintain contingency plans.
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
