Key Responsibilities:
- Improve ITSM processes across incident, request, problem, and change management
- Define and enforce global best practices and ensure consistent documentation and adoption
- Lead governance forums and drive effective run operations across teams
- Develop, analyse, and report KPIs and production quality metrics
- Coordinate major incidents, crisis management, and cross-team communication
- Manage business continuity, DR planning, and change governance (CAB, emergency changes)
- Drive continuous improvement, maturity assessment, and cross-functional project coordination
Key Skills:
- Degree in IT/Computer Science or related technical field required
- At least 2-5 years' experience, including at least 2 years in Run Quality
- ITIL Advanced certification with strong understanding of ITSM frameworks
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau, JIRA, and Confluence
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, and capital markets systems (nice to have)
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional project management skills
- Flexible to support global teams, including occasional weekends and shift coverage
