Key Skills:

  • Degree in IT/Computer Science or related technical field required
  • At least 2-5 years' experience, including at least 2 years in Run Quality
  • ITIL Advanced certification with strong understanding of ITSM frameworks
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, and capital markets systems (nice to have)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional project management skills
  • Flexible to support global teams, including occasional weekends and shift coverage
