Summary: The role of ITSM Change Manager (SC Cleared) involves overseeing and managing end-to-end change processes within complex IT environments for a critical infrastructure programme. Key Responsibilities:

SC Cleared ITSM Change Manager | Wokingham | 6 Month Contract

We're looking for an experienced SC Cleared ITSM Change Manager to support a large-scale critical infrastructure programme. This role focuses on governing and driving end-to-end change processes across complex IT environments, working closely with internal teams, vendors, and operational stakeholders.

Key Skills Required:

  • Active SC Clearance (essential)
  • Strong ITSM Change Management experience
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and governance
  • Basic networking and infrastructure understanding
  • Experience coordinating third-party vendors and resolver groups
  • Ability to manage Change Requests through full lifecycle
  • Risk, dependency, and stakeholder management expertise
  • Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills
  • Experience within Critical National Infrastructure (CNI), utilities, or operational technology environments is highly desirable
