Summary: The role of ITSM Change Manager (SC Cleared) involves overseeing and managing end-to-end change processes within complex IT environments for a critical infrastructure programme. Key Responsibilities:

• Govern and drive end-to-end change processes across complex IT environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and operational stakeholders.
• Manage Change Requests through their full lifecycle.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and resolver groups.
• Oversee risk, dependency, and stakeholder management.
• Provide strong reporting, documentation, and communication.
